Key details
How it can help
Fitness Pilates can make a real difference to all sorts of everyday aches, niggles and longer-term conditions. Tracey regularly works with people managing things like:
- Back issues — back ache, sciatica, slipped disc, lordotic or kyphotic posture
- Joint and muscle concerns — osteoarthritis, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, tight hip flexors
- Foot problems — plantar fasciitis, flat foot
- Pelvic floor health — for men and women alike (yes, men have pelvic floor muscles too)
- Menopause symptoms and stress
- Bone health — supporting those with osteoporosis or osteopenia
- Recovery and rehab — including after a knee or hip replacement, a hernia, or while getting back on your feet after injury or illness
Better posture and movement mean you're less likely to suffer from these common conditions and the wear-and-tear that creeps in over time.
