Mondays · Gordon Village Hall
Zumba classes run every Monday evening in the Village Hall — a fun, high-energy session set to great music that's open to absolutely everyone, whatever your age, fitness level or experience.

Key details
What is Zumba?
Zumba is a dance fitness class that mixes easy-to-follow moves with great music — Latin rhythms, pop, and everything in between. There's no routine to memorise, no steps to get right, and no experience needed. You just move, have fun, and the workout takes care of itself.
It's a medium intensity workout, so you'll feel it — but it never feels like hard work. A typical session can help with:
- Cardio fitness — gets your heart rate up in a way that feels more like a night out than a workout
- Coordination and balance — the varied rhythms naturally improve your agility over time
- Muscle tone — works the whole body, with a focus on core, legs and arms
- Mood and energy — the music and group atmosphere give you a real lift
- Social connection — it's a friendly crowd and a great way to meet people in the village
You don't need rhythm. You don't need a partner. You just need to turn up.
